We are excited to announce that this fall, for the first time, we will have our soccer season at Old North Durham Park.
Old North Durham Park is the only public soccer field in downtown Durham, so it is a natural location for a true city soccer league. We are beyond thrilled.
We will play our games on Saturday afternoons, 3-6, starting Sept. 8. If there's sufficient demand, we may try to get some time on Sundays, too. It should be a lot of fun, especially with so many nearby places to hang out afterward.
Futsal is also just around the corner, and will start Sept. 11. We will play at The Cage, W.D. Hill, Lyon Park, and Sherwood Park. Futsal is played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The cost for each league is $70 per player, or $600 per team. If a team wants to play in both leagues, the joint cost is $1,100.
- You can choose to be a free agent and be assigned a team.
- If you have a team you would like to form, contact us and we'll create a team for you on the website.
We will have multiple divisions for futsal, as usual, but the soccer is strictly rec: 8-v-8, one referee, no offside rule, no slide tackling, no gender limitations. Minimum age: 16.
